Information collected may include, but is not limited to inquiries and or site registrations as well as aggregated information on what sites are visited.
Individuals who supply LSC with non-electronic contact information may receive periodic offerings for products and services that may be desired and appropriate.

LSC Privacy Guidelines & Tenants
List Services Corporation respects the privacy of each individual about whom we have any information. List Services Corporation (LSC) and LSC’s employees take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy is guided by many ideas and principles and incorporates guidelines from international (Safe Harbor) and domestic (FCRA, FTC, HIPPA) privacy guidelines:
Notice: Before any transfer of non-public personal information, LSC requires contractual confirmation from a controller from whom LSC has acquired the information that the data subjects from whom the information was derived have been provided with proper notice pursuant to the applicable laws.
Choice: Prior to the transfer of any non-public personal information, LSC requires contractual information from a controller from which the data was extracted. LSC requires that the controller provide proper notice applicable data protection laws to the subjects from whom the data was derived.
Data Integrity: LSC takes reasonable steps to ensure data integrity to minimize the risk that potential personal information will not be misused or abused. These measures are to be made in accordance with how the personal information is being used.
Onward Transfer: LSC complies with the notice and choice principles as described above for all data, which is disclosed or transferred to a third party.
Security: LSC has in place measures to protect personal data from loss, disseminating personal information, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. LSC data center employees and network / IT personnel are trained to handle all aspects of security for the facility. An LSC corporate officer is responsible for conducting investigating any alleged comprises or problems and insuring proper disciplinary action is taken against those who violate LSC security and privacy policies.
Access: An individual may make a request to LSC for access to the information LSC maintains in its information products. An individual has the right to receive personal information from LSC as to whether or not data relating to them is found in LSC products and to correct, amend or delete that information when it is inaccurate. This is subject to other limitations in the law and must be executed by the said person and on personal information only.

Enforcement: Individuals that desire to file a complaint or dispute with LSC privacy or security policies should direct such communications to the Privacy Officer at the address described above. The LSC Privacy Officer will explain the process to be taken when filing a complaint.
LSC is a member with the DMA. If an individual is unable to resolve their complaint through our privacy officer, they reserve the right to write to the DMA.

Additional services provided by LSC for DNC processed files include a DNC file report, audit reports (upon request).
1. File Reports: DNC reports for individual files will accompany the return of each DNC processed file. Information in the reports will include: a summary of result counts categorized by individual DNC lists, including the list maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (the “FTC”) in the area codes to which Client is entitled access, and specification of whether the phone numbers found on the DNC list have been removed or returned with a flag.
2. Incident Reports: Upon request we will furnish a client with an incident or audit report of the details of a specific DNC phone number found or not found on our or one of our Service Providers DNC file or in the FTC list in area codes to which Client is entitled access. Report details will include: the original phone number, the original code returned, the list on which the number was found (if applicable), the date the number was added to our or one of Service Providers lists (if applicable), the date the number was removed from the list (if applicable), any calling grace period after the list is released from or made available by the FTC or the state, and a summary of whether legal restrictions apply to the phone number in question. This report will be sent to the specified recipient within 96 hours of the receipt of the Incident request.
3. Current DNC list: The complete list of all private and governmental bodies which have proposed to enact Do Not Call legislation is incomplete. This state of incompleteness will continue to be dynamic throughout the foreseeable future as new laws are enacted and proposed lists become active lists. While List Services Corporation intends to own and make available the majority of lists made available by the States and private organizations, it may, for unspecified reasons, choose not to own any particular list(s).
